Most pet owners discover the same cycle: muddy paws in winter, brown spots in summer, fence-line trenching year-round, and a faint odor by year three no matter how much you hose it down. Reseeding, resodding, and patching never solves it — because the problem isn't the grass, it's the substrate underneath.
Our pet systems solve all of it at once. The turf itself is built on a polyurethane backing that drains at over 30 inches per hour. The infill is antimicrobial and odor-neutralizing, brushed into the fibers to keep them upright. The base underneath is engineered with permeable aggregate that flushes urine and rinses clean.

Will my yard smell?
No. The drainable backing flushes urine through immediately, and the antimicrobial infill neutralizes the ammonia compounds that cause odor on standard surfaces. Regular rinsing keeps it indefinitely fresh.
Can dogs use the lawn right after installation?
