Resort-grade surfaces for the way you actually use your backyard.
Pool surrounds and backyard sport courts are where artificial turf earns its keep. They handle real traffic, real heat, real water — and look better doing it than any alternative surface.
Around a pool, traditional materials all have problems. Concrete bakes. Pavers stain. Mulch is filthy. Natural grass mud-tracks straight into the house. Cool-tech turf solves all of it: comfortable underfoot at 100° days, drainable through to the substrate, and a finished surface that reads as the most luxurious natural lawn you've ever seen.
For sport courts — pickleball, backyard tennis, multi-purpose play — the calculus is similar. A turf court delivers a softer landing than concrete, better grip than smooth surfaces, and a finish that frames a backyard rather than dominating it. We build to the dimensions of the sport you actually play, integrated into the existing landscape.
Both applications are technical work. The base has to be perfect. The drainage has to be engineered. The fiber has to be specified for the use case. We handle all of it from a single design.

Cool-tech heat-reflective fibers
Specialized turf systems with heat-reflective fibers reduce surface temperatures dramatically compared to standard pool deck materials.
Optional cooling infills
Hydrochill and similar infills that wick water to dissipate surface heat in extreme Tennessee summers.
Resort-grade pool deck finish
Tight-pile landscape turf with multi-tone fiber blend that reads as a manicured lawn around any pool design.
Pickleball court systems
Cushioned turf court systems sized to regulation pickleball dimensions, including line painting and net post anchoring.
Multi-sport configurations
Pickleball, mini-tennis, basketball half-court, soccer practice, and combined family play surfaces — designed to dimension.
Chlorine and saltwater stable
Backings and fibers selected specifically for pool-side chemistry — no fading or premature wear from chlorine exposure.

Questions about pool & sport courts.
Does turf get too hot around a pool?
Cool-tech systems with heat-reflective fibers and optional cooling infills stay comfortable underfoot at 100° days. See our Tennessee surface temperature guide.
Is turf safe around chlorine or saltwater?
Yes. The fibers and backings we install are specified for poolside chemistry. There's no chlorine or saltwater degradation issue.
Can you install up to the pool coping?
Yes. We finish turf directly against pool coping with hidden anchoring and a clean edge that frames the water.
What size pickleball court do you build?
Regulation pickleball is 20' x 44' with surrounding run-off space. We typically build to a 30' x 60' footprint to allow for proper play. See our backyard pickleball design guide.
Can the same surface be used for multiple sports?
Yes. We commonly design multi-sport configurations — pickleball plus mini-tennis lines, or pickleball plus a basketball half-court.
Will pool water damage the turf?
No. Our drainable backing passes pool splash and rain through to the substrate immediately — there's no pooling or water damage.
